Three properties, three families and minimum deposit
Just recently we secured 3 properties on the same road in London NW10 for 3 families.
You might be saying there’s nothing unusual about that. But what we did next not just showed our commitment to our clients but our experience in this market. We negotiated with the landlords where none of the three tenants paid no more than £500.00 towards the deposit of their property. In fact one of the families did not pay any deposit at all.
These properties were fully furnished, recently refurbished spacious 3-bedroom houses. Those tenants have now agreed a move in date and will soon be receiving their keys.
That made for 3 happy families….!!!
